  • 5 or 6 sample system for Engine, Transmission, Hydraulic x 2 for large twin engine machines.

Each Sample Unit is clearly engraved with the different type of fluid that it is being captured for sampling. This will help to ensure samples are not mixed-up during collection.

All systems are housed in a durable stainless steel enclosure featuring stainless steel hinges and a secure latch. This ensures the sampling units remain protected from the elements and perform reliably in harsh environments.

Oil Sampling Overview

Live Sample Capture:

  • Upon machine shutdown, our patented sampling system automatically traps approximately 120 ml of oil within the sampler.
  • This ensures a representative live sample is retained for analysis.
  • Once the machine is fully shut down and isolated, a maintainer can safely lock onto the machine and extract the sample as required.

Hose Connections:
  • Utilizes standard JIC-type fittings, consistent with current live sample stations.
  • Flexible mounting options allow stations to be installed in various positions on the machine.
  • Compartment routing: Hoses can be routed from each compartment to the station.
